Dear Friends, Partners, and Community Champions
A home changes what is possible. It can give a parent room to plan, a child space to feel secure, and a person rebuilding after hardship a stable place to begin again.
Terrie M Williams Expansion, Inc. invites you to join us in a focused effort to acquire property for a planned 30-unit multifamily affordable housing project. Our projected project budget is approximately $4.5 million, and our immediate capital campaign goal is $500,000 toward this effort.
Our mission has become even more personal. On October 31, 2025, our Wilmington resident home was destroyed by fire. We are grateful that all lives were saved and everyone was securely housed. The experience strengthened our resolve to expand access to safe, stable housing and to help people navigate the urgent barriers that can stand between a family and a home.
Alongside the capital campaign, we are seeking $50,000 to help address essential needs over the coming year, including storage, temporary lodging, rent-related needs, identification, and support with securing or maintaining housing and utilities.
Your gala gift can help move this vision forward. You may direct your pledge to the property acquisition campaign, to essential client support, or divide your contribution between both priorities. Every commitment matters, and leadership gifts can encourage others to step forward.
