Terrie M Williams Born and raised in Trenton, NJ, moved to Delaware in 2003. She received her BA in Public Administration from The College of New Jersey, MS in Administration in Human Services and recently completed her Certification in Trauma Informed Approach from Wilmington University. Terrie was licensed as an Unmanned Aircraft System Pilot (licensed by FAA to fly drones).
Terrie has worked in the Human Services field for over 20 years. She is an Army veteran. Has worked with diverse populations including Veterans, homeless, families etc. She has been a foster parent, PTA President and Vice President at Kirk Middle School. In college, served as Sophomore Vice President. Terrie has served on the Trenton Board of Education on the curriculum and budget committees.
Terrie has worked in vast occupations including Union Administrative Organizer of 1199 SEIU and negotiated contracts in Maryland and DC. Currently, she is an active committee member on Hope and A Future Project, Newark Area Welfare Committee, Delaware Fatherhood & Family Coalition, Delaware’s Continuum of Care and Delaware Faith Forward Collaborative (Healing Substance Addictions & Partnership In Reentry Coalition of Delaware Committee). She served as Chaplain with the Delaware Veterans Stand down for the past 4 years. Delaware local lead for SOAR (SSI/SSDI, Outreach, Access and Recovery).
She has integrated in many facets of life including the Arts. She is an Ordained Elder and Minister, Author, Playwright, Christian Comedienne. She is a Motivational Speaker, Mentor and Instructor. She leads bible groups, trains employees and Ministerial leaders etc.. She is an Advocate for people and for change and she is a Change Agent.
